Had a worst experience with Zoomcar. They cancelled my booking twice and finally on the day of pickup, when I reached the location to pick the vehicle up from Ginger hotel, the Zoomcar professional very casually told that even that vehicle is not available. I had booked it for my wedding. I can't rely on Zoomcar ever. I dint expect to have such an idiotic experience.

Its Self drive car for those people who are learning to drive and want to practice more. I also use 3-4 times and all Experiences are good. Sometimes the scratches and broken parts are visible in the zoom car. But Interior feel is good. Staff are cooperatives, if you are the first timer or the fourt timer, it will tell you all the start-up. He not Provides Mobile charger. No hidden charges. So its good from my experience till now.
