In aug of this year I had my vehicle maintained here to resolve a steering issue .the diagnosis was to replace the steering rack on my Mercedez. They immediately without hesitation had the parts the next day .I was extremely pleased with the extra efforts from Terry Parolin and Jake the service manager with their sincere approach as well as their effective commununication skills! It was a smooth and straight forward process very efficient . Nancy is excellent to deal with and I was treated extremely well ..above and beyond my expectations.
