Talera Ford service station is huge place with good layout for servicing of Ford vehicles. To start with the security is very courteous & give a positive vibes to the customers. I had my appointment fixed earlier & the receptionist helped me get the required papers & arranged for a test ride of my vehicle. After the test ride, I informed the service team to contact me after sometime time as I had to leave. The service advisor called me & took down all the issues pertaining to the vehicle. The advisor called me regularly on my phone / messaged me the status update. As there were many items to repair the advisor informed me that the vehicle will be ready in a days time. Next day it was ready with by bill ready too. I just had to pay the bill & take the vehicle. The servicing was done good. Also, they clarified several queries I had. Overall experience was good & the staff are courteous & competent.

I have Ford Freestyle. Starting from day1, to handing over the key, to my first service in 3 months, I feel like a member of Ford Family. Showroom person Mr. Santosh, Sushil, Parag were fabulous. Both Santosh and Sushil sir were very helpful explaining every aspect and were very transparent. They took nice care of my car delivery. Celebrated my birthday during delivery etc..I felt so good! Then I was introduced to Sachin Bunage who explained me the car features. Awesome guy, patiently answered all my questions. Overall experience was wonderful . Unfortunately on 13th March 2021, I met with an unexpected accident. That's when my relationship with ford became more strong. Mr. Satish Pillay, Mr. Muzzammil were too good and let all my worry down. They immediately took care of my car. helpful. lnsurance company helped in paying the entire amount of my damage. Finally today I am getting my car back again in new condition. I would like to thank every staff of Talera ford, starting from security ,manager , receptionist, care taker, and service centre boys, they are all well disciplined and always stood beside me If I will purchase another car, I will surely go for another Ford Car. And I will buy from Talera!!

I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service given by talera Ford wagholi service center. Right from the appointment of my car to the pick up and delivery and the service was impeccable. I want to call out two individuals Abdul who has been fabulous in his customer service. Right from explaining the service sheet and the various aspects involved with the cost he was very professional. He shared regular updates to me on my WhatsApp and kept me informed regularly. I'm thoroughly impressed by his professional approach and customer service skills. Keep up the good work Abdul. The second person was Akbar who came to pick and deliver my car. Never seen such a well groomed guy with good service attitude.. He came on time, spoke very politely and enquired if any additional service needed.. Overall I'm super impressed by these two Ford executives. Kudos for having such a good staff..
