Launched in 2011, DreamApply has fine tuned the process of international admissions for 150+ institutions from 20 countries to support internationalisation strategies of HEIs. *How did DreamApply get started?* DreamApply was built on detailed analysis of more than 100 international HEIs which paved the way for an easily customisable and user friendly admission management software. Stockholm School of Economics in Riga was the first customer launched in October 2011. Soon after that DreamApply was adopted to manage all international admissions in Estonia (https://estonia.dreamapply.com/). *Why DreamApply has close to 100% customer retention?* According to customer feedback survey done in spring 2017, 9 out of 10 users of DreamApply recommend DreamApply to their colleagues in other universities.
