Good for kids
A stopover on our visit to Sabah, it is great to see the world's largest flower in full bloom. It was surrounded by dense bamboo forest. There is a tourist information centre nearby.

Very informative place about rafflesia and it's history. A small and simple walk inside. Good place to rest a bit after a long trip to somewhere else. Has some car park areas. Toilet available.
Mini muzium all about rafflesia & some local forest products. Too bad no blooming flower at time of our visit.
Clean toilet and good hospitality. Friendly staff. However the raflesia flower is just died 2days ago. Wait for others blooming
As a local people I have to protect and make the reflisia flower give a job for me and my friend as trusted guide at reflisia information centre
Went once, and there was only a guide present who can't leave his post to guide us through the walking trail. May have to call early to book/hire a guide (RM50 or RM100) and to check if Rafflesia buds blooming. Otherwise, a good place to learn about Rafflesia. Very informative posters and studies. More time spent reading than the trail.
never open. over last two years have stopped 6 times between 9-noon on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday usually in the months of May and June and have never found them open. I suspect they only open for larger tour companies, not the general public. Note that the only non-guide who has reviewed the Center below has given a rather negative review.
Seems to open only every other day
