I saw their sign and love a Philly cheese steak so stopping in was mandatory. The counter girl was friendly and provided stellar service. The works cheese steak tasted how I expected with less ingredient portions. A cheese steak should be gigantic and leave one fullfilled. Instead I was hungry again shortly thereafter. Perhaps this was due to The Rona making things tough economically. I'd recommend them but will still dream of a real Philly until I get one.

Few days before delicious sub but today's terrible piece of bread condition,onion n mushrooms too waterty so the bread was wet n felt like a rag i want to ask the reason becouse it was so different from a few day ago. I don't think I'll go any further!!!
Always fresh and hot, and made to order. This place is amazing and if you haven't tried taste of philly yet, you'll become a fan upon the very first bite.

When to this location 1 hour before they closed . I wanted extra meat and it was not allowed as they we’re running out of meat??? Maybe they need to make more meat also want to order 2 sandwiches also told me they were same thing... this is tase of Philly cheese stake right...the person to help me was Josh Hansen unimpressed
I came in at 8:59 and the incredible cook Wilson, still gave me a sandwich.
I will never go back to this franchise. We were double billed on 2 cards. The first card said “duplicate” when processed and the manager made my husband use another account. Both my accounts were changed, when my husband took documentation in he was asked to leave full card numbers, expiration dates AND security codes. NO WAY!! Managers name is Alex. We’ve filed a claim with Wells Fargo and will get our refund the right way, the safe way. I hope no one else has been scammed this way. I want to support small businesses but not at my expense.
Tried to call in an order for pick up last night(friday) around 8:20pm and was told they were no longer doing phone in orders. Really? On a friday night youre open for another 40 mins! Whatever we spent our money elsewhere. Tried to order some food from the today on door dash and my order was canceled because door dash and this "restaurant" couldnt process the order. Forget it. This place obviously doesnt want to make money. Go somewhere else. Pathetic!
