Came here and asked for two tasks. 1) replace battery of nova and 2) remove harmful bloatwares that come with the phone factory reset of lenovo. replacement of battery is done nicely. but, they are unable to remove the aforesaid bloatwares (after they agree to remove it) and still asking for full price of normal factory reset format. In the end "negotiated" to pay only quarter of the price and the harmful bloatwares still not removed.
Good place to fix your phone, they even sell custom made screen protectors
