A wonderful massage experience! Shaye was very professional, friendly and knew exactly how to deal with my sore muscles after doing the Keppler track and got me all sorted in time for me doing the Routeburn track. Definitely recommend her.

Had the Hiker's Recovery massage with Shaye whilst visiting from Wellington. Cannot fault the service, Shaye tailored the massage to my needs and I came out feeling like I had new legs and feet! Would highly recommend for all tired runners and trampers!

Had two massages with Shaye after two long runs recently. She was amazing! Cannot recommend her highly enough. She listened to my recent activities and physical complaints, then adapted the massage to suit my needs. She has a great touch - not painful but at the same time definitely worked out a lot of issues. I live in Chch so unfortunately will not be a regular - but if you’re in town, do yourself a favour and book in a massage!
