Children running around broke glass of bathroom doors, so I needed a replacement. Wrote an e-mail in evening to check whether they can make such a glass and got a fast response, to come by next day. For my surprise on next day's visit - the glass was already cut to the needed size and ready to pickup (I thought I will just make an order and will have to wait for a week or something)! :)
