I had to meet twice with Swica agent. First in my office at SWISS RE 05.12.2019 where I signed Swica's offer. Then 2 months later agent said I have to meet again in their office in Thalwil, basically one more time to sign same documents. From what I understood my original docs were lost :-( Received my card on 30.06.2020 After I complained to their manager Swica Thalwil \dropped the ball\ basically stopped replying to my questions - basically ignored me. Later , I decided to apply with Swica Thalwil for my son and my wife who joined me in 2020 and Swica made it look like it's our fault to sign application very late and imposed 1200 CHF penalty on top of my insurance premiums for a whole year of 2020!!!! Sorry Swica If I could I would give you -1 star in this review, please value your loyal customers they pay your salaries. I decided to move to another insurer, hopefully I won't have the same bad experience as with Swica Thalwil. I have been insured with Swica Winterthur from 2006-2009 and had excellent experience with their Winterthur office , so Thalwil office needs to improve service.

Ein Stern ist schon zu viel. Leider kann ich 0 Stern nicht geben! 1. Swica Thalwil nimmt das Telefon nie ab. 2. die Mitarbeiter sind sehr frech und unfreundlich 3. Sehr sehr viele Fehler passieren....Leider beantworten sie auch keine Emails und verstehen die deutsche Sprache nicht! Nie wieder zu Swica!
