I will never come back here. Michael R. and Valeria both walked in on my 6yr old daughter half undressed. And when I said she wasnt dressed they both ignored me. Also I asked if they could knock next time, but Valeria ignored my request and barged in... then when she was getting discharged Michael rudely knocked and tossed our discharge papers on to the sink. He also left a syringe on the bed and on the linen hamper and he disposed her dirty blooded needle into the regular trash.... They are very unprofessional I did not like dealing with these two RNs Also providence do not give me your Im sorry we would like to know more Because You have many more reviews here stating how horrible this place is...and obviously This place isnt training the Staff.

I came here for shortness of breath no, wasn't covid, but from nurse to Dr. and the rest of them were very professional, kind, polite and make me feel that they truly care about my health, I am very thankful with God because he always put good people in to my way, thank you to the Dr. and the rest of the team for your amazing job, God bless you all.

I don’t understand why the reviews are so bad. I have been here on two occasions one for my mom and today it was for myself and both times the staff: receptionists and nurses, and the doctors were amazing and so nice. My nurse and doctor today had me laughing and made me feel so comfortable. I went at 1AM I am not sure if timing makes a difference but I enjoyed the service and it was so fast but it was not rushed they took the time to ask questions and hear my concerns. Thank you all for what you. I hope this puts a smile on your face. Job well done!

I read some the bad reviews and I can sympathize. I arrived at the hospital in excruciating pain. It took them 10-15 minutes to call me in after I was called in they were very nice. I got my IV placed and blood drawn. I wish I could remember their names. But it took close to an hour for the doctor to see me and give me pain meds. It everything in me not scream from top of my lungs cause of the pain. The doctor didn't seem too concerned over my symptoms. He ordered a c-scan and again they were very nice, don't remember names. I finally felt better and waited for my c-scan results. Doctor walked in a totally different manner. He was very nice and explained my diagnosis. The next day I went for a copy of my medical history and the young man (don't remember his name) was very very polite and helpful. If I could rate the doctor separately I'd give him 2-3 stars. But I feel overall they deserve a 5 stars.

Waited 3 hours for 20min strep test. Ridiculous long wait. Alot of people that were before me left, so I would imagine my wait would of been much longer. I looked out and this girl is just on her phone.
