It's been 11 months since my transplant. As you can see from my picture the results are amazing. I would like to say a massive thanks to Trish who looked after me throughout the process. She is always happy to help and answer questions post op to ensure you get the best results. The medical team and doctor who looked after me during the procedure were flawless and professional. I would highly recommend the Kensington Hair Clinic to anyone losing their hair.

Hi - I hope this review will help prospective patients in their decision making of which clinic / surgeon to trust for hair restoration surgery. I’m a 28 years old male that has been losing hair for the last 10 years. I underwent 2500 Grafts FUE on 29th November 2020 with Dr. Shipu Zaman. First things first, the service in this clinic is irreproachable, from the initial (non-salesy and educational) consultation with Trevor to the daily post op check-ups with Sylvia and the attention of the surgeon and his team during the procedure - Everything is truly flawless. You feel fully accompanied and reassured throughout the whole process and even more so during the crucial post op period. I am only 2.5 months post op, but the whole process has been professional and top notch. The full results will only be seen at one year post op so patience is now required but I will be updating this review a year from now. In the meantime - I can only recommend the Kensington Hair Clinic - it truly is a premium boutique service practicing fair and transparent pricing.

Just had a consultation with Tevor. He was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He discussed various treatment options and formulated with me a plan that would result in FUE only once other conservative measures had failed. I was very impressed that it didn't feel like a sales pitch and there was no pressure to have the surgery. The service here is exceptional. I enquired about hair loss treatment options as my hair has started to thin out. I was not interested in hair transplant surgery as I’m only 24 and was seeking out treatments on how to prevent further hair loss. I spoke to Trevor who informed me that the clinic mainly only offer hair transplant surgeries as forms of treatment. Despite this he still spent 20-30 minutes of his time walking me through various forms of preventive hair loss treatment options, linking me to different sites on where to to acquire these treatments as well as going into extensive detail about the benefits of each treatment while also remaining transparent about the side effects as well.

Im writing this review which I hope will help other people in the same position as me. I’m a 38 year male and I’ve always had a high hairline with receding temples, but the past two years this had gotten worse. I’ve wanted to have a hair transplant for some time, but to be honest I was so nervous and scared about finding the right place, and being 100% sure it was right for me. I found so many places offering this kind of service and lots of places abroad, but my question was ‘What if something goes wrong’ and how do you know they’re legitimate. After following a few guys on social media and asking them questions and also doing my own homework on the doctors I finally decided on the Kensington Hair Clinic and I certainly was not disappointed. From the consultation with Trisha who’s lovely and put me at ease, to Sylvia the clinic manager, and of course the amazing Dr Tam and his team the whole experience has been fantastic. It’s only the day after my surgery but I can see the results already, and I really can’t wait for the full results in 7-12 months time.
