Took our Kirby in for a tune-up and cleaning. The customer service was excellent and they did the work in a timely fashion. So happy that our vacuum works great now. Our Miele vacuum cleaner was acting up and the man that helped us was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Turned out to be a small problem. We were also able to pick up replacement bags and filter cartridges.
