I've used Top Tec in the past for a pluming issue, so i thought id call them back for the issue I had with my furnace. When I initially called I was told that no one could come out until the following day. I expressed that i was concerned about how my furnace sounded and that I didn't want to be cold overnight. I was asked if I could hold so that she could check to see if someone could possibly come out the same day. Sure enough, there was someone and they came out diagnosed my problem. Gave it a temp fix until the part could be picked up and my issue with my motor was fixed the next day by noon. My technician was professional from time he was at my door, until he left. He told me (as soon as he took the cover off of my furnace), what parts were what and what they did, how they all connect and why I was experienced the problem with the motor. I gained a lot of knowledge and information about furnaces and learn a little bit about my \Top Tech\ as well. He's a top A professional!! Warm, friendly and knows his stuff. He didn't mind my questions, gave me my pricing upfront and worked efficiently to get the job done, just as he promised! Dr. Dre (that's his name) wore his mask and shoe booties. both days, for the entire visit. He has old school values and in my opinion, he's truly the real deal!! Bottom line: This company as a whole, cares and serves it's customers well. You are sure to get the best service from beginning to end!

Our water heater started leaking including no hot water on New Years Day, not the best way to start the new year. Called TopTec the next day, Saturday. Alan, their tech was here in a few hours to replace the water heater. Alan was very efficient, professional and did a great job. I was very impressed how quickly they responded and the quality of the work preformed. I would highly recommend TopTec.

I had a problem with my water heater, and called Top Tec. Adam came recommended, so I requested him. Adam was great. He diagnosed the problem, and fixed the water heater. I thought I would have to replace the water heater, but instead spent a minimal amount in fixing it. Thank you Adam.
