料理は美味しくて満足です。 毎回お得なセットを頼むので食べきれず持ち帰ります。 店員さんに言うと、持ち帰れるように包んでくれます。 以前、ネット予約時ポンタポイントを使用して予約したけれど、会計時にポイント使用分が反映されてなかったので聞いたら、店員さんは外国の方で言葉が通じなくて困りました。 結局スマホの予約画面見せてポイント分引いてもらいましたが、納得してない感じでした。 それなら最初からネット予約時にポイント使用不可にして欲しいと思いました。 それ以外はおしぼりを新しいの持ってきてくれたり(こちらから言わなくても)対応も良かったので、また利用します。
