Nobody likes vehicle trouble, but I love being able to take my little '96 Toyota Tacoma to Covington Service Center in Tupelo! They've helped with multiple oil changes, belt replacements, shock replacements, and more. Their service is smooth like butter all the way around. Very thankful for Mark, David and the whole team! Stop here when I can on lunch for quick oil change service. Always fast and friendly service. Great staff and service. If you're on the west side of town or any side give them a try.

Took my daughters car in for what we knew was a bad water pump. On two different occasions I went in to check on the progress of the repair only to told that the mechanic wasn’t there and only worked 4 hours a day. On my second visit I was told that it wasn’t the water pump but either a cracked block or a freeze plug had popped but still no discussion with the mechanic. No one seemed to know anything. My daughter had her car towed to another shop and now after a new water pump is back on the road. They charged her 80 for a Diagnostic check that probably was never performed. I won’t be using them again for anything.
