The store employee gave the impression of a person who is terribly afraid of other people. She ordered to disinfect hands several times and make purchases in 5 minutes instead of 30 due to restrictions related to the coronavirus... explaining that other people waiting outside but in reality nobody was waiting... Her manager does not understand English but stands up solidly in defense of her unprofessional staff, not knowing what went wrong. The conclusion is that instead of spending 200 euros in this store, I did not spend anything and I will never go back there. I definitely do not recommend it. I would like to add that I am a regular customer of the Lucas Creativ network and I have been buying both in Belgium and the Netherlands in various cities and I have never encountered such service. It was a shocking experience and I surely won't leave this case. I will claim my rights from the civil rights officer. People who treated me like this will bear legal consequences !!!

I will write my comment in English as I have basic knowledge of Dutch( I absolutely respect Dutch language and people here). Was visiting this shop several times but my last visit was not with so good experience. Last Tuesday the 26th of May 2020 I went to this shop to check and buy some oil, acrylic paints and canvases. I had a backpack and 2 small bags(with clothes)with me. First what I did in the shop I disinfected my hands and put a mouth mask. After this the seller told me that I need to disinfect my hands, what actually I have done before. Then she told me in Dutch (as I understood) that I cannot go with bags. And it wasn't suggested to me to leave my bags/backpack next to the seller or in the special place. After this I disinfected (twice!!!) my hands and decided to go to check for paints and canvases. The seller found me in canvas area in a couple of minutes and started talking to me in Dutch again but she probably noticed that I didn't really understand her and she asked me if I speak English. I answered that I do but I speak a little bit Dutch. And then she told me in mix of English and Dutch what made me shocked 'You shouldn't go here with your bags because you spreading VIRUS on all stuff here. Please, leave this area'. Sorry, but after this case I don't really want to buy here anything anymore. And how can I spread VIRUS by bags or my backpack????! A human can spread VIRUS even with skin or clothes! With such logic do I need to go naked to the shop???! And as I have said before that it wasn't suggested any place where I can leave my bags/backpack. The shop is nice but treatment seemed to me discriminated towards non Dutch speakers.Sorry, but Turnhout is still multicultural town...
