Staff were very friendly and we loved our car. We hired over bank holiday weekend and unfortunately got a serious tyre puncture while their office was closed and we couldn't find anyone available to come out to us. Our last option was to return the car to a different U-Drive office 1.5 hours away from the return point. On the Tuesday they called us, were very understanding and didn't penalise us. I'd recommend them to everyone!
