I will ask you to please change that lady receptionist, who was there for night duty on 6th April, 2021. On my polite enquiries she could not answer properly and would cut the phone with a rude tone. And all I asked was that my mother is suffering, can you tell me the process, if she comes to hospital, as I am a bit nervous to risk bringing her to hospital during the time of covid. And her reply, "jo hai woh toh karna hoga" and cuts the call. This happened twice. Is this the correct way to acknowledge people. I had contacted to Sanjeevani hospital, Patidar hospital and Bansal hospital later. Their receptionts were so kind. Please ask your staff members to learn from them. That's so bad and it hampers the reputation of hospital. So much of attitude for what sake! Please train staff members with good communication skills and also ask them to learn good manners.

Best hospital in Ujjain. Very good doctors, holy services by nurses & all staff. Many many appreciations to them.
We recently had a baby delivery at this hospital. The staff nurses were extremely rude and negligent of their duties. They tried to delay the delivery of baby for their own means and left the patient in pain for all night. Even refused basic services to the patient and kept shouting at the family members to get out. The patient was left unattended for the whole night while they sat beside her talking amongst themselves. Extremely unprofessional behaviour of the staff. Please do not consider this hospital if you are thinking of having a baby here.
Very good treatment and cleanliness is maintained and nice behaviour of doctors.
Blood Bank here all group available all time
Pushpa Mission Hospital was founded on December 1, 1974. It was a time when no health care facilities were available in villages and no awareness of health care programmes were present. In the beginning stages the reverend sisters and doctors went to the villages and conducted many medical camps, supplied free medicines and tried to make them aware of the importance of health and dignity of human life. Thousands of patients in the villages were cured due to the selfless service of the doctors, unconditional commitment of the reverend sisters and nurses and the hospital began to be known far and wide. The hospital always led by a clear vision and mission and value system. His Excellency John Perumattam, Rev Fr John Plakeel took the initiative to start a hospital to serve the poor in the village.
