I don’t feel like my case is being heard or handle. It seems like my mediator already sided with company. I’ve presented evidence that she admitted she had not sent over in which I have emails confirming for her send. I’ve asked the procedures and she advised me not to get an attorney which was not the best decision

The interview was HORRIBLE. The lady was completely rude and unwilling to listen. Kept cutting me off

I give it 2-stars because I can say that the investigator has been communicating with me , but I can't believe it has been six years since I filed and they still have not made a decision.

This place is a joke. The agent was encouraging me not to file a complaint against my employer. That is terrible advice especially since filing a complaint with the EEOC is one of the mandatory steps that needs to be taken if a person wants to move forward and sue without the help of thecEEOC. The agent clearly didn’t want to take his time to investigate my case and didn’t want to do his job. This place does not provide help or justice to people who have been a victim of unfair and illegal practices by their employer, so once again justice fails here in the good ole US of A

I filed charges agreed to settle haven't gotten the money in 6 months Trying to refile can't get an answer mediation seems to be with the company. Letting people be mistreated by companies without penalty or punishment.
