LOVED shopping for a new vac at this shop! The Riccar I purchased is amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff - great experience to have no pressure. Will definitely be going back here for all my vacuum needs!

Came here to buy a new vacuum and trade-in my old Hoover Wind tunnel. Keith was friendly and helpful, and wasn't pushy at all. I felt like he really listened to me when I described what I was looking for in a vacuum, and honored my budget/price range. He showed me the models they carried that were affordable for me, and told me the pros and cons of each, and how long he thought they would last, with proper care. I then went to another discount vacuum store in town to compare, and they were much pushier, trying to sell me vacuums easily twice my price point and when I mentioned my budget, they had one of the same vacuums as VCW, but for 100 more. I ended coming back to Vacuum Cleaner Warehouse and purchased a great new vacuum, very competitively priced. Keith even extended the in house warranty for that model to 2 years instead of 1, and gave me a box of HEPA filters for free! So much better than going to a Big Box store! They have earned my repeat business and I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to repair or replace a vacuum!

Owner explained the difference between our Dyson and the models he sells. Friendly, no pressure, and easy to understand. Gave us a great deal on a refurbished Riccar by crediting back the cleaning fee for our old vacuum and giving us credit to trade it in. Our new vacuum is absolutely amazing! This machine is a beast!! I wanted something powerful and easy to use...this vacuum is both. Best thing: 5 years in house warranty and free service every 6 months for 5 years with our purchase.
