Cenote was magical! SO GLAD we did it. Even the walk down to the cenote was gorgeous! Glad they had bathroom, lockers and changing facilities. Buffet for lunch wasn't bad either. Authentic food was tasty! My parents don't eat meat however, so I did wish they had a fish option for them. We found the waitstaff was helpful and friendly. Even got a picture with the lady making tortillas by hand. Only thing we did not really enjoy was the gift shop experience, before the cenote (they were very pushy).

Wunderschöne natürliche cenote. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unglaublich. Das perfekte Bad nach dem Besuch von Chichen Itzá mit reichhaltigem und familienfreundlichen Buffet.

Posto molto particolare, con annesso negozio per shopping di souvenir molto completo. La pozza con l'acqua è una cosa da vedere assolutamente. Ci si può nuotare, ma obbligatorio indossare il giubbotto di salvataggio. Tutto a pagamento. Ristorante con buffet, vario ma qualitativamente non eccezionale. Zona relax. Posto che vale la pena visitare e compreso nei pacchetti Chichen Itza Classic.

Las comida ahí es deliciosa. Las instalaciones son buenas cuentan con tienda de abarrotes, restaurant, tienda de Souvenirs, baños y regaderas. Cobran por renta de chaleco salvavidas, la cual es obligatoria y en mi opinión debería estar incluido en el precio de entrada. El cenote está lindisimo y el agua está deliciosa. Todo ahí es atendido por personas mayas

No recomiendo la comida del restaurante, a pesar de tener bufete la comida es mala, en mi experiencia el agua de Tamarindo que tomé no tenía sabor además que la copa en la que me sirvieron tenía papeles adentro y me di cuenta casi al terminarla ya que todo el papel estaba en el fondo, la comida era de algunos días pasados, recomiendo mejor comer antes en otro lugar.
