The most frowns I got in a single day. Nobody cares about you here, but maybe its because I wanted a tiny iron box and not one of those wall oleds. Even the cashier who just beeps my ironbox and nothing else. Thank God for the sweet Elisa sales girls who made my day with a good subscription deal, I would have otherwise given up on humanity.

Decent selection but cashiers needed some better manners.
From my collected experience of this particular Gigantti, the staff is arrogant, unfriendly and don't know enough about their products. It's a big store though so you mostly find whatever you need. It's often crowded which makes the customer service lack and you may have to wait for a long time to get a hasty and rushed service.
Well stocked place and friendly staff that is also knowledgeable. Prices are correct. Only personal disappointment is to note that avoiding the \Made in China\ is rather difficult ... obviously this is a very personal crusade but I would have hoped to be able to find at least one item that is not coming from mainland China ... which is close to impossible for small electro.
They tried to upsell me a new phone plan and an electricity plan, but at least I was finally able to buy what I came for, although it took a while.
