Telia sold me a mobile broadband in Vantaa myllymäki. It did not work. They were not able to fix the problem. I canceled the service in Telia myllymäki shop. Telia never canceled. I received some bills, I went to Telia shop and enquired why. The shop was not able to see bills and for I told them that I canceled the service, they told me to assume the bills. Bills kept coming and I decided to go again to Telia shop where they discovered that the contract was never canceled. Telia had already sent the bills to a collection company who requires me to pay almost 200 euros. Telia customer services all the time was very bad. I contacted the customer service who did not believe me and who treated me like trash. Am from a minority group and i do not whether that is why they treated me that way. I also wonder whether refusing to cancel the bills was a way of harassing me or why? Bills case 71242450, 71176156, 71299208. I am asking for justice. Customers should not suffer from your mistakes. I take that as stealing customers money. You should accepts when you make mistakes and not use customers as scape goats to pay for your mistakes. I don't know whether you failed to trust my complain because i am an ethnic minority. Please give me an appointment for i want to come know why you did not end the contract when i visited your shop and asked you to do so when your mobile broadband did not work

This place has a good collection of mobile phones and phones' equipments. They are very helpful and supportive to their visitors.
I was sold a wallet case for a phone that doesn't work properly and pushes the screen waking it and consuming battery pointlessly. Also my monthly bill wasn't put on the day i requested. Furthermore they said they cannot change it and i had to call customer support. Also they were advertising a deal for a smart watch with a phone with poor instructions to how to claim it, i had to be transfered 6 times to get it sorted. In general had one of my worst customer experiences here from any electronics store.
