They took my money for the whole year and corona ka bahana bna k they didnt help in even 1 kg weight loss . I even complained to the owner but no response. They take the whole years money in the beginning and fool people.. please do not join this gym.also the trainers here will force you to take personal trainer and torcher you daily for the same.

ADS FITNESS AND WELLNESS team provides a wonderful pampering experience. Each visit is a pleasure. Treatments are professional, efficient, relaxing and enjoyable. Great value for money special Deals also, I would highly recommend it. I am a regular salon goer and have to say this is my favorite. The ambiance is beautiful and relaxing the decor is really fab. The owner has put a great effort into the place. treatment rooms and the service they provide is excellent.
