I had a stone in one of my chips that it almost broke my tooth. I reported this to them directly they said they would pick it up they never did it's been almost 6 months still no reply not even the pick up of the chips, the stone or packet. Very disappointed. I won't be buying this brand again. Even though it was my favourite brand. They call you to arrange something for you and then they don't call you... It's so strange.

I bought a 150g packet of sweet chilli. However upon opening it was a tomato sauce flavour! Really disappointed and won't buy another packet in a hurry.

Well I realise you now use less seasoning in your chips (I used to like Salt and Vinegar) as they are now tasteless but what else have you done, changed you Potato supplier? (as they are now smaller and not as tasty) or is it the way you cook them? (they are now mostly burnt around the edges) you have gone from the best to RUBBISH all in the space of about three months, Very Disappointing as they now dont even check the quality because if they did this is what they will find burnt flavourless junk

i bought a 125g of fruit churney flavoured frimax at shoprite in woodstock cape town on the 24.02.2020 the best before date is the 03.04.2020 how ever apon opening the chips it tasted really stale as in old no crunch at all.i wasted my time and money on this product i wont ever buy it again.

I bought two of 125 g,.. chutney and cheese and onion,... the chutney was perfect but Cheese and onion Was a bit too salty, please fix this I love this affordable brand
