I reached out Friday at 6am via email to follow up after going in for visits over the past week. After no response I called same day at 5:30pm and was told someone would call me back when “they had time” as they were “back to back” busy with appointments. As of today (Monday), 3 days later and still no response. Stay far away from this place if you want quality care & concern for your pet. You’re better off going to Angell for an emergency issue.

They took very good care of my dog. My dog was not a patient there but my dogs eye was really red and watery and just didn't look right. I had to take her in. I called them and immediately got an appointment. There was like a 10 min wait outside because of covid but they called and had me bring my dog to the door. She came out about 45 min later and they called me over the phone to charge me and give me all the details of her exam. She had a lot going on bedsides her eye but I believe the prices are reasonable for how much she had to get done and how much care she needed. Highly recommend. She's doing much better already!

Had a very bad experience here where I arrived around 11, dog was taken in around 1, and dog was picked up around 440pm, and was billed for 133 even though they didn’t help my dog after all that time and I had to take him to another vet. The owner hasn’t responded to my emails or voicemails and deleted my previous review. Beware! Don’t go here. Also beware of the reviews since they delete negative truthful ones! Disappointed

It is clear they all love animals and take pride in their work. They always give you a quote before they perform anything on your pet. Highly recommended. Don’t go anywhere else.

I took my boy here after he got bit by another dog. They were absolutely amazing and took care of my baby like if it was their own. The front desk girl and vet tech were so sweet and knowledgeable. Dr. Papanocholas did such an amazing and clean job with the stitches. I love this place and will recommend it to anyone.
