I am giving it 4* becoz they have a nice AC Room for customers and very good hospitality but there are certain things which are not good. Specially washroom. I don't know why but these days people have cars but don't have bathroom etiquettes. They don't flush at all. This ford service center has a single washroom for men and women and it's really bad thing. Even in this COVID situation there is no hygiene.
