Don't have basic knowledge on proofs for changing the address. Worst service I have ever faced.

Worst behavior and services by them. They just don't see the address and send it to (redirect) to head office without any scanning. It happened for me many times and I requested the sender not to post in India post transport. I have given a complaint over them to head office. Government is good but the service done by the local ones aren't making it happen.

Very bad staff behavior. They are redirecting every mail to head office without bothering to look at the address. Huge delays in the speed post due to staff's incompetence. Vijayawada to Chittoor speed post took 6 days in my case.

This place looks like a dump 80% of place filled with parcels and too much of rush not with customers with postments and other staff . U cant notice from the road its ina small street among the shopingmalls and looks little Rusty. And behaviour of staff is nice in my case i dont know the other say and too noisy bcoz of staff only Final word its not a hotel or restarent i dont care how it lookslike, feellike only thing is 'work done ' or not
