Currently the Fund has four subfunds - Koinvest I (€ 11m), Koinvest II (€ 9.28m), Koinvest MTEPI (€ 4m) and Koinvest for Transport (€ 4m) which are funded from the national and EU funds. The Fund is capping its return to 6% (or 4% if the company is listed on Nasdaq's alternative market First North before Fund's investment) annually during the investment period. Excess return is a premium to private investors who co-invest with the Fund and add value to startup by actively sharing their experience to develop it. The Fund is acting as a silent investor.
