It doesn't seem to exist. Arrived and everything is closed and empty with no signs or anything to be seen from the company except for a washed out sign on the floor.

Its horrible ... we arrived n time but no way to enter the building... we call, nobody answers. Up to the moment that someone comes from inside but can not take us ... transport full ... to come back, they let us waiting for 1 hour. I know another parking that could give them some learning: air parking security. This times parking never more!
It's a scam! DO NOT USE THIS PARKING Booked and paid the parking, only to arrive at the destination and find the parking to be overcrowded. No one to talk to, no one to help us. Only received an email saying to go to the airport directly. Nearly missed our flight and had to pay more than double on another parking. Picture is not correct: use google streetview to see the actual parking lot
Horrible, DON'T PARK HERE. we arrived at the parking and we couldnt even park inside the fence. (But after everything we are glad that we didn't because it was a maze of badly parked cars all in front of each other) when we got back from our vacation the shuttle bus/car didn't arrive, we called but we got just ignored, he told us he would come but didn't show up (the man was also pretty rude) we met a few other people who parked at times parking so we got a taxi together. We wil never, ever park here again, we are lucky that we didnt park in the fence and could leave right away, but others weren't so lucky and had to find there car, without knowing if they could even drive out of the parking lot.
It was the second time that I used times parking to park my car during holidays. The park is wide and it was quite efficient. Staff was very nice on depart and arrival. Definitely I'll do it again.
This is a shame. The parking is no more than a piece of land with a fence - which has no gate and is open for everybody. When I came to park, or when I wanted to pick up my car, Nobody was there. After a while, a shuttle arrived. The driver was busy with his smartphone all the time, no carkit. When arrived and called them, no shuttle. I called a second time. We had to wait more that 30 minutes. This time, good driver. Safety is zero. They write on the website there is a security camera - I didn't see one. They write they check the status of the car. How??? You can just as well park anywhere in a street close to Zaventem and take a cab or public transport. Considering the service you get, this is a very expensive parking. Stay away there.
The shuttle drive was extremely rude and insulting, after we had followed instructions given by another employee that he was not in agreement with. We tried to explain, but he just got more and more irritated and threatened us saying that "he is not obliged to take us in the shuttle", threatening to leave us at the parking to find our own way to the airport. The driver then proceeded to drive to the airport in an extremely unsafe way, and basically just got us out of the shuttle with absolutely no sense of service. I certainly would not book this parking again and would prefer to pay the higher prices at the airport than go through this kind of experience at the beginning of my holiday. It left me and my family feeling very uneasy at leaving our car with them for the week.
Keep away. We should have known we'd made a mistake when we turned up with our car and the location at Gillekensstraat 1 was chained shut with a sign on the gate telling us to go to a different location. However, our trouble really began when we returned to collect our car. The instructions explaining where the pick-up point is were wrong (it led us to the coach car park), and when we called Times Parking they were incredibly unhelpful. The person on the other end of the phone refused to help us, just grunting "Yeah. My colleague is coming" when we asked where the pick-up point was. After an hour of calling Times Parking (and having them hang up on us) and walking around outside the airport asking people, we finally found the pick-up point. We met another couple who had been waiting two hours to be picked up. Finally we got into the minibus and started driving to the location, only for the driver to turn around after five minutes and go back to the airport because he'd forgotten another group of passengers. That group of passengers had called the police because they'd been so abandoned by Times Parking. It was a complete mess. Everyone had been waiting for hours, with no communication from Time Parking. The driver was rude and unhelpful. When we finally arrived at our destination he refused to even open the door for us, and just drove off sulking as soon as we'd lugged all our bags out onto the pavement. Avoid like the plague.
