My cat of 13 years old had to be put down and all the staff were very helpful, accommodating and sympathetic. They handled Waldo as if he were one of their own and dignity. I was kept informed at every step and fully explained my options. Their concern was for me and the comfort of Waldo. Dr. was upfront and clear on what was going on and provided options for care. The entire staff showed concern and compassion for us both.

We woke up to my dog being unresponsive and unable to move (but still conscious) on Saturday morning. Our vet was closed but had this number on their voice-mail for emergencies. We rushed him here and they immediately let us know he was suffering from neurological complications. They were going to need to hold him for 24 hours to run tests, and allowed us to the back to see him. They'd done their best to make him comfortable, with a soft pillow to prop up his head and a blanket over him. We were able to give him kisses and pats and words of encouragement, not knowing it would be for the last time. We had just left when we got the call that he'd had a seizure that stopped his heart. The vet did everything to try to bring him back but wanted to get the OK from us to keep trying, as he might come back in a vegetative state or with serious complications. We declined, and the staff was so compassionate, accommodating, and patient. We rushed back and were able to have all the time we needed with our sweet boy in a room with total privacy. They even offered a service to cremate him and send us his ashes along with a paw print, we're now just waiting to receive it in the mail. Wonderful staff, they took the best care of our sweet boy that they possibly could. My family will forever be grateful to you for making him as comfortable as possible in his time of need.

It was a tough visit, our dog was in distress and passed away. Dr Jacobs was wonderful. She did all she could to save him including CPR, but his undiagnosed condition was terminal. Our vet tech and the receptionist were amazing, too. We thank you all for your professionalism, sympathy and kindness. Handled an absolutely devastating with Care and compassion.

Top notch service! We love Dr Schmeitzel and the team. We feel the Dr. and team have saved Teddy's life with his auto-immune disease. :) We know you all have many clients - yet you make Teddy and us feel extra special - like we are family. The medical plans are detailed, well thought-out.
