My experience at Volvo of Hudson Valley was amazing. Jim Mansfield our salesman was on point. From the time we first entered the showroom to the time we left. He responded quickly to my phone calls and emails. He spent time showing me the specifics of the vehicle. We were treated so nicely. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. This is my first time buying a Volvo and I love it! Thank you !!!!!

Highly recommended. I was dreading the process of buying a truck after not owning a vehicle for a few years. I really just loathed bait and switch tactics, hidden fees and just too many games. Then i connected with Jim Mansfield at Volvo Cars Hudson Valley. I inquired about an Xterra that came on the lot the day before i was going to purchase another truck from another dealer and decided to pursue it as it was priced very well and had low mileage (seemingly too good to be true). I was so happy that i worked with Jim. Aside from a great price, the Xterra had a clear carfax, was in excellent condition and ultimately the communication and buying process was straightforward, no-nonsense and relatively quick. Most important was that they worked with me and didnt pressure me into anything that i did NOT want. The showroom is very modern, spacious, comfortable (and covid safe). Id highly recommend working with Jim and the VCHV team as it made my purchase experience very enjoyable.

Nice courteous staff and was able to get my vehicle inside to determine the issue with my vehicle. Unfortunately they were unable to determine the reason I brought my vehicle in for. However they gave me some maintenance issues that my vehicle needs and the price of each item.

Service has always been great here. I’m sure I will miss it. I love my xc60 but with 70,000 miles and a 1200.00 service bill I decided to see what the trade in value would be. I was surprised that Dan/Stephanie collaborated in giving me 1200.00 LESS than the bottom of the Kelly Blue book value, and just after putting in 1200.00 of work !! The car was well maintained and I was bummed. Hence, Stephanie lost a sale and Volvo lost a good customer. Their prices have skyrocketed.Plenty of other good vehicles to drive out there and models that I can afford to purchase new. Bye bye Volvo.

Last week my Wife and I were shopping for a new car and we came upon Volvo Cars Hudson Valley. After a lousy experience at a NJ dealership of the same brand we went here. We made an appointment with Stefan, looked at a few cars and found the perfect vehicle for us. Stefan restored our faith in dealerships and will have a longtime customer in myself and my wife. He was courteous and listened to what we were looking for. Going so far as to offer to bring in a car from another dealership for us. He explained the vehicle inside and out, went over the Carfax with us, worked out payment and even followed up with us to make sure we are happy with our purchase. Kudos to Volvo Cars Hudson Valley for having a salesmen as professional as Stefan. In addition to Stefan, his associate, Stephanie, walked us through all of the “many quirks and features” (@dougdemuro) of our ‘new’ XC90. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and will be sending all of our friends here!
