Overall, my experiences with Volvo of Richmond have been great. I have been a Volvo owner for a little over a year. I got in an accident in my first Volvo and when I say it was wrecked, it was. It was mangled to the point where they had to rip the front bumper off to tow it but I walked away with two scratches on my arm and went to work the next day. That says something about the safety of these cars. Both of my Volvo's have been fully serviced at Volvo of Richmond. Bucky in service is amazing! He is by far the best service adviser I have ever had and he is 90% of the reason I continue to get my car serviced at Volvo of richmond. My second Volvo I purchased used from Wade at Volvo of Richmond. There's two things you need to know about Wade. 1. He will do just about anything in his power to sell you a car. He literally brought the car to my work just for me to step outside and look at it for a few minutes. He even set up an overnight test drive the next day. He is very conducive to your schedule and will work with you on repairs. 2. HE TALKS. I must say he will talk your ear off telling you stories. Are they true? We may never know but he talks a lot and it can be fun in a generally stressful experience. So 8/10 for Wade.

Asked for protective mats similar to the ones in the Volvo we traded in (which included cargo mat) to be included with the vehicle during our negotiation and they agreed but did not follow through. Only included floor mats. We are talking about a 100 cargo mat.... So far we really like the vehicle.
