I leased my 2020 S60 about a year ago from George Wilson, and the entire process exceeded my expectations. George assisted me over the course of a week while we found the perfect car. He was patient and knowledgeable, which was exactly what I needed since I was leasing for the first time. He and his colleagues made my experience so great that I recommend them to anyone who will listen! I will certainly be back for my next Volvo. Fast forward to today, I've had the car for about 12 months and it's been in a few times for some anticipated services. They offer a service that's included with a lease called Volvo Valet that makes any maintenance appointments stress-free. A service technician will drive to your location at a set date/time with a loaner vehicle for you, then they will take your car back to the dealership for its appointment. The entire time they are in possession of your car, a service advisor will keep you updated via text. I've been helped by Ron Nathanson on several occasions, he's great. When the service appointment is complete, your service advisor will arrange to have a technician meet you with your vehicle and to take back the loaner. If you're in the market, this is the dealership you want to do business with. For anyone interested in the car itself: the S60 is absolutely fantastic. If you want a sedan that is sporty, functional, AND luxurious... look no further. Not to mention how good looking it is.

I reached out online for some guidance on a vehicle and Jared G was more than accommodating for me. I arrived at the dealership and the vehicle was ready and waiting to text drive. Jared was knowledgeable and resourceful. He was intuitive about my concerns and inquiries about the car. I needed to return on Sunday and he came in on his day off to meet us. On Monday I threw some curve balls with car choice and he met them straight on and we discussed my options. We made the deal via text and I came in to sign and drive.
