Prices are high, 2 double blankets costs around 900 for dry clean. Not worth... I cleaned those blankets with my cousins on terrace and then ordered pizza from Dominos and enjoyed

Was looking for a nearby laundry service and came across wash buddy. I wanted to give a try based on the reviews and went ahead with downloading the App, placed same day pick up request on 12.03.2020 (Order ID - WBL289460, pick up time slot - 7pm to 9pm). Post the slot time, I tried calling multiple times on the given number and there was no response. I was patient enough to wait until the next day as well. No response whatsoever. It's 15.03.2020 today and the App still reflects awaiting status. Very disappointing service and I would not recommended this to anyone at all. What is the point of relying on App if you guys cannot keep up with providing service and make the customer wait until eternity? Update from customer care - I was told that my order did not get assigned to any branch through App for unknown reasons. I was told to contact nearby branch directly for my next order. Nevertheless, you guys could've at least picked up my calls and informed about the same. Will update this review and rating if my next order goes well.

Go here and experience the best laundry service in Bangalore. They are economic, are a good laundry facility and their app is also good enough. I use Wash Buddy as my regular laundry service provider and I like their services already. They are awesome exactly.

Even though they took 6 days to deliver the dress the owner's attitude was very good. He has handled the situation very nicely.

They provide decent service. I find them slow They once misplaced my jeans and took a week to find them back. Also they stained my brand new t-shirt. I haven't taken service from there guys since then.

Worst service ever. Gave my sneakers for dry cleaning and they confirmed that they will get it cleaned completly. But, when I received it back the sneakers were clean but the major spots were still there. When I asked him to clean it again he replied "I'll wash it but no guarantee if sneakers gets damaged" and when I told him that I won't pay the full amount as shoe was not cleaned he very rudely said don't pay anything and then cut the call. And then again called and asked for half the amount.
