Everything went great until they didn’t pick up the dumpster at the end of the two week rental period. After a couple weeks I wondered why it was still there and called them. They said it was my responsibility to call and have it picked up. This was never explained beforehand and actually we talked about having it picked up at end of initial rental period when I first rented it. I emailed complaining about the bill and they reduced it but would not waive the rent. They billed me daily rent that I didn’t agree to up front and blamed me for not calling. I do not like to do business with people who charge without approval.

Their flat rates are easy to understand and are the best around. We ordered a 20 yard container and it was delivered the next day. They are a locally, family owned business who really cares about their customers. Their people are great to work with. I would recommend Waste Solutions of TN to anyone needing roll-off containers.
