Would make it less. Took time selecting items. No one in view. Eventually I am ready to try on. Go to try on at firing rooms. Alarm goes off. Wait for someone to come. No one comes to assist. Just to add i was the only customer. Now I know why. Goodbye Jet. Won't be back.

The worst store I have EVER stepped foot in. The staff are extremely rude and I had the worst experience there that I have ever had in any store ever. I went into the store and was looking around, a female staff member asked me for help and I asked to look at a jacket and try it on. The staff member said the jackets are all sold out and the only one left is the one on the model and it's very high up. I asked if I could try it on and she got very angry with me and said "That won't fit you" even though it was my size. She started getting upset with me and speaking under her breath and made me feel upset and made me cry. She then only apologised afterwards but I left the store and will never go back there again. Terrible experience and I do not recommend this store.
