WCC did a horrible job. They were sent out as a representative of cox communications. They did not call before arriving as it states they will in the emails and on the phone when the spot was scheduled. They showed up late. Once they got there they couldn’t even do the job. They were not prepared with the right tools or knowledge. Left without an attempt. No answer as to why just gone. I am extremely surprised Cox communications uses this company. Half my day wasted and not even an answer or a sorry. No attempt to get resolution was made. They don’t deserve the one star I had to give them.

This young man came out to my home today representing Cox Communications. He was courteous, knowledgeable and really took time to help us understand what was wrong or not wrong. Basically, he was sent out to repair something that didn't need repairing... this is on Cox and the rude man that i spoke with there. He said we needed a new phone modem... no we didn't... but that's neither here nor there, that's Cox's problem. We got to meet Tyri Daniel and he really made his time here a pleasant experience. Kudos to Wcc Cable for having such a valuable employee representing both Wcc and Cox.
Great field management, best pay of Contractors. Long hours some days
Scheduling issues but great team with timely, competent professionals who work hard to get the job done.
Great Underground Utility Contractor, if you need a big job done Give WCC a call!
Our technician, William, was sketchy and not very helpful. Cox should not use these people . Whenever the actual cox technicians came out they were courteous and helpful. Whenever WCC cable (who cox contracts) came out we never felt good about them being in our home.
This company is digging up my front yard and all I get from them when asked is "working on cable". No announcement that they are coming, nor did they even knock on the front door to let me know that they're here or what they're doing.
This company lies! Do Not Work For Them! I was told my base rate was 11 dollars. After doing it for a week and realizing after training you get paid per job AND have to pay for your own equipment they deduct out your check I had to leave. Once I left I check my pay stub to find out they paid me 9 dollars. Then was told by the home office it's based off of experience. Well one guy was a delivery driver and he had zero experience and his training pay was 11. Also you work long hours from 730am until whenever everyone get the job done. Which is usually 830/9pm. Mind you the tech's gets no overtime for working period! Isn't that against the law? Anyway, No breaks because we always been late to appointments and have to rush. My only full week I worked I did 53 hours. Imagine doing that and not getting paid overtime? I'm glad I was in training at least. You can be stuck at a job for hours but whatever points they gave you for the job. That's all you get! I believe it was a dollar and thirty cents per point. Points range from anywhere . You can have a 20 point job and be there for hours. You can not make money with this company. Why do you think cox uses Them instead of just hiring more people? You get what you pay for! Or should I say you get what cox pays for. Which is a big rip off. DO NOT APPLY FOR WCC (WHO? CALL COX)
