About 2 weeks ago I fainted in Clicks due to my Chronic illness. The Staff immediately called an ambulance. They left EVERYTHING to assist me. They were so kind. I can't even explain how much I appreciate all the help I got from everyone in Clicks Welgemoed. I go there daily as I work in Welgemoed Forum. The Staff is so friendly. Every single Staff Member is FRIENDLY. Always greeting me on my Name! Your Nurse at Welgemoed. I don't even have words to describe what a lovely & kind person she is! I have a high blood pressure problem. I go weekly for a check up. She works so gentle & kind. She really is a great Nurse! I will recommend this Clicks to everyone!

Always out of stock, seem to be always closed when all the other shops around it are open and the staff never want to help you. In today's economic one should treat a potential client like royalty, that's what I tell my staff cause without customers there would be no jobs.

Today after making a small purchase I checked my slip when I got home. I realised that R 1 had been added to each items price. When I returned to the store on the same day the staff shrugged and said it must be a system error and offered no other response. My family and myself have gone to this store at least once a week (for the past 10 years) as we live close by. How many times has a system error occurred?
