Yoga is not about touching your toes. It's about what you learn on the way down. Since starting Wellness last year I have seen a massive difference in my fitness level, mental strength & often get withdrawals if I haven’t practiced. I don’t see going to Yoga as a kind of gym membership or something I have to force myself to go to, it’s my time out and always look forward to class. Don’t think you’re just lying on your back for an hour. Wellness offers a range of different classes for all levels so If you’re looking to sweat buckets, improve your yoga practice or just have an hour of peace and quiet Wellness is definitely for you. The classes are well structured, and each teacher offers some individuality which is very refreshing. The teachers are without doubt the most welcoming and genuine people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. They let you take the classes at your own pace offering assistance or push you super hard, everyone is welcome. No previous yoga experience is needed so if you’re thinking of trying it, DO IT!. Wellness has honestly changed my life :D
A gorgeous space for yoga!!! I have been coming to wellness space for my yoga classes for about a year now and I love it :). It has a yoga class for whatever you need; whether this is a workout, a detox or something nice and gentle. The yoga instructors are brilliant and inspiring. They give you the confidence to bring new poses into your practice that you never thought you would be able to do! The workshops and yoga brunches are also amazing and is a great opportunity to do something different and meet great people. If you're looking to start yoga, or push your current practice to things you never thought you would be able to do, this is the place for you! You will always be welcomed with smiles and a good bit of banter Thank goodness for Wellness Space!
I've been going to the Wellness Space for about 5/6 months now and it's absolutely evolved my practice. I attend various classes at the studio, from gentle to rocket, and each teacher has excellent knowledge in their specialism. There's different membership options so everyone can choose the membership that is right for them. Every class is something I look forward to and I'd recommend it to anyone
I started coming to Wellness Space almost a year ago after seeing the Yoga Brunch with Claire at Holmeside Coffee. Not being a hugely active or flexible person, I was a bit nervous. I'd tried gentle yoga and after my first class I felt such a difference, and about 2 inches taller. Every time I visit, my body feels great and my mind feels cleared too. I've come on an unbelievable amount since this time last year and now love a variety of classes there, with all of the different teachers and at all different levels. It's a beautiful studio and the workshops there are worth checking out too.
