The waitress was very friendly and the food was great. The portions were too huge though. Also, it comes with a great view!

I was totally disappointed with the service, why? My 4 year old son flipped over and hit his head against the wall. I ran to service and asked for ice. What did the waitress answer me? There is no ice unless I order a drink (water/ice tea/coffe). I said I need this ice to put it on my son's head not a drink. She still refused. I don't believe that there is no ice in such a place. I do not recommend this place, the views can be admired next door.
We celebrated our wedding in the wintergarden of the cafe with excellent service throughout the day and into the evening. The Canape's, cake, and dinner were all very delicious. We had excellent feedback from our guests about the whole experience and they raved about the food and atmosphere. Truly wonderful experience on the biggest celebration of our lives. It also helped that we had great weather with beautiful views over to the Brocken Peak. Thanks so much to make this day perfect for us.
