Just wanted to thank your friendly staff. We were treated so well. The food was right up there with much more expensive eateries. Fantastic way to spend our last evening here. You can't beat Buller hospitality.

The restaurant and the food would not look too bad. However the Burgers we ordered were completely charred. That is right, they were not just slightly burnt, but turned into charcoal thoroughly! It was completely black. The chips were not even salted. We sent the food back. Now mistakes do happen, but the bad thing is that the kitchen staff after completely burning the meat patty still considered it fine to send it out. Absolutely unacceptable. Obviously they are struggling or are completely useless. Probably both. Definitely need to be replaced.
Even though this restaurant was extremely busy they managed to fit the two of us in for an evening meal. The scallops were a delight and the seafood chowder just something fantastic. Thank you for the great service on 22 October 2020. Tony B.
Very pleasant surroundings unfortunately it was let down by the pasta dish as the roast of the day definitely was value for money and very enjoyable.
