Such a great little experience. Learnt enough about the cheese making process and Dutch industry without being too intensive. We also got to see, touch and hold the cheese maturing, which made for some great pictures. The staff were amazing: perfectly flue t English, called us back to let us know the availability they had that day - and being truly helpful, they looked after our dog while we went into the experience.

In half an hour40 minutes, they'll teach you a lot about Dutch cheese. Including a virtual tour of a cheese factory and a tour of the cheese storage upstairs. Neat.
