Excellent service, even though my Japanese isn't the best. Specializes specifically in TREK bikes. I bought a beginner road bike which came with free service for life, and they threw in two free water bottle holders.

Excellent customer service from professional to first time bike customer. They also have many cycling parts and accessories staff is helpful and will take time with the customers if the do not have what you are looking for they will show you catalogs or on line and order for you. Also the speak English which is great because my Japanese is limited.
