If I could give Coconuts six stars... I would! Everything about our experience was positive. The service was great and the food was even better. It is pricey, but we knew that prior to sitting down. If you want a classy night out, DO NOT MISS COCONUTS!

Top restaurant in Zihuatanejo I highly recommend it. I loved the Coconut shrimp and my cocktail. The crepe Suzette was to die for - done by a sous-chef "flambé" by the table. Quite a spectacular show!

Posting less favorable review after response from Coconuts to our poor service was answered with a statement that the night was busy. We were one of the first tables to arrive and were left unserved while other tables were served. In fact, other tables noticed that we were not receiving service and our dessert arrived long after many tables were served before us, and had arrived for dinner after us. I suggested that two women travelling alone might have been the issue. How else to explain that only our table had such a poor experience. Yes, the food and ambience was good but as solo women travellers I would be wary. The attached will demonstrate that the restaurant was not busy when we arrived.

Some of the best food ever!! Anywhere, fish was perfectly seasoned and save room for strawberry foster OMG atmosphere was great hard to thing your in the middle of town when you walk in the doors

This experience at this restaurant was one of the best I have ever had. The waiters were very talkative and we had no service issues despite me and family not speaking English. When we ordered flambe the chef even offered me and brother the opportunity to make it with his instruction. He was very kind and he showed us through the steps of making the dish. Afterwards he even wrote down the recipe for us. Overall a wonderful experience.

Great ambiance, friendly staff. Love the outdoor courtyard which usually has live music. We go every year for a birthday dinner. Food is always good here.

We went on Christmas Day - the food and service was amazing! They weren’t doing the flambé carts at first, but Juan Francis brought it out for us :) he was the friendliest waiter! Their coconut shrimp lives up to the hype.

I rate places based upon their total value. This place is excellent because food is very good and ambience is excellent. Better than average restaurant in Zihua but a bit more spendy. Good for special night for us average folks.
