Pros: Location, clean and tidy. Cons: 1. No repair while you wait. Repairs seem to take a while. 2. EXPENSIVE! Sole replacement on ladie’s timberland boots is 15,000 Yen. No customer value in that, may as well buy new boots. Ugg boot suede cleaning 5,000 yen. Sole repair with glue 2,000 yen. Also, owner wants money up front. Business model offers no customer value. Customers will have to dearly love a pair of shoes to pay these prices or have shoes that cost a fortune. If that is the case, his customer base will be rather small. Recommend find somewhere else to get repairs made.
