I stayed at the clinic from February 23, 2020 until March 19, 2020. I was absolutely underwhelmed with the lack of precaution taken given the virus outbreaks in the region that were increasing daily. No masks were distributed(even upon request), no social distancing. The clinic was finally forced to close on March 20 by government regulation. I complained to management and requested protection, with no results. I had no other choice but to eat my meals alone in my room, not participate in over full bus rides to long distances away, and to cancel treatments. I was told by several therapists that the virus was a joke. I had gone to the clinic for a 28 day fast a year before and had recommended the services to family and friends; however I will never return and I will never recommend this clinic to anyone who is serious about public health. Their management took no action to protect staff or clients. Services are incredibly expensive and I was charged in full and refused any sort of a refund.

I visited two years ago and had a very good experience. Great location and facilities - and a chance to rewind and focus on health. However, the room sizes do vary. For the last two days I had to switch rooms. Although I had an amazing view, the bathroom was 1/3rd of the size of my old one and I could barely fit into the shower (and I am not that big)!

Probably the best thing I've ever done! I'll surely go back at least once a year. I've done the 10 days fasting and a few months after, I still feel the enormous benefit from having done it. I thought it would be difficult to fast, that I'd get tired and depressed. Anything but! I was constantly engaged in activities and I had huge levels of energy. I went on walks and painted and did some writing and it was amazing! The staff is dedicated to ensuring your stay is excellent and so they go over and beyond to delivering an amazing experience. Extremely knowledgeable and impeccable advice together with care for the smallest of details. Not to mention the place is a slice of paradise. Lake Constance is a delight to open the windows to each morning. I'm looking forward to my next stay!

I've been coming here for 7 years now. I love the place!! I do all my check ups every year and focus on myself. The staff is extremely friendly and the service is top notch!! The view on the lake is stunning. Food quality is fantastic. But, fasting is the way to do it here.

So far I cannot give a review of the product, only a review of the appalling inefficiency of the reservations and front office team who are still not, and this after some 3 weeks, able to confirm on one email to me my arrival date and inbound transfer from Zürich airport. It would appear that Reservations and Front Office do not share information! Furthermore I have just tried TEN times to ring the establishment but am always greeted with the recording that all staff are in a meeting, please call back so not at all impressed. Am giving one star as, unless I do so, I know my review will not be posted. Hilary Cooper VERY RELUCTANT ONE STAR ACCORDED IN ORDER TO ENSURE THIS REVIEW POSTED
