We enjoyed sunset views of the bay while dining on tasty local cuisine. The service was good and the price reasonable for the quality. Wait staff were prompt and helpful with any questions.

Really great dining experience. Had the fish soup to share for entre... And it was soooo good with the bread! The portions are XL, like it's name. Couldn't completely finish the mains even though we really wanted to.... Was just too full! Lovely service.
A starter that might have been the best I have ever tasted. (Scampi and scallops). A main course that was excellent. And the service: When the waiter seems to be reading your mind. Just the absolute right amount of attention. You feel comfortable. Price is affordable.

Perfect bacalao and super service.
Cozy place and friendly staff. Testy food and a good wine card (Vinory is recommended). Bacalao testing menu were great despite of the food amount. I would recommend 2 portions for 3 persons.
Visited this restaurant for dinner. The place enjoys some lovely views. The service is perfect. Staff is helpful and polite. The food was great. We had a mix of typical Norwegian dishes which everyone enjoyed. The desserts were also excellent. The prices were not exactly cheap but at least the quality is excellent. I definetely recommend trying it out when in Alesund. I certainly would go back again!
Don't let the word "Diner" fool you. It's an upscale place, on the comfortable side. Very good food and service, which at the same time was relaxed and friendly
