Shops are closing up bad the overall feel is pretty empty and scarse.
Worst experience in Ålens showroom, Örebro. Myself and my friend went there on 6th August 2016 for buying a hand bag for my wife. I have taken some photos of the bags and send it to my wife for selecting and was waiting for her reply. Then suddenly a security person came with a lady (Staff of Ålens) and called me asking for why we are here.... why I am taking photos in ladies sections and roaming....a strange question...I explained the requirement and showed all the photos in my mobile with out asking itself. Then he asked me to delete all that bag photos and i deleted it all in front of them. Now comes the actual thing......That lady asked us to leave from that floor without any small provocation from our side....It was a great disrespect given to the customer since they told us to leave from there. There is no authority to send a customer out simply because of taking some 7 photos of bags only. It is a big injustice ,,,still we never protest anything there. So I am writing this review. We decided not to visit any of the Ålens showroom in future anywhere.....and never recommend any of our friends also...Good luck
